I tried my steak with Big Bad John’s I now know what
steak should taste like. The words Spice Rub scared
me off but Big Bad John’s is not spicy at all really,
it just tasted GOOD!!

I put back the pouch and bought 2 quart jars, one for home
and one for my restaurant. I told Big Bad John to just
hand people a sample and then hand them a bag. Everyone
will want one. It is that good. I have used a lot
of spice rubs but this one has such incredible balance.
